Inspection

Within 24 hours of notification of new assignment, the property is
inspected to confirm weather it is vacant or occupied.

If Occupied:

If occupied, we make every effort to have a face-to-face interview
with the occupants to determine who is currently occupying the property. We post a sign at the property informing the occupants that Mid Ohio REO represents the owner, and to contact us immediately to avoid the eviction process
