Clean-up vendor contact

Mid Ohio REO has several clean-up and trash-out vendors. Within 24 hours of assignment we will have contacted one or more of the vendors to submit bids.

Interior Clean-up

The interior clean-up consists of, but not limited to: removal of debris and discarded personal items; broom clean all floors, and clean cabinets, fixtures, and appliances.

Exterior Clean-up

The initial exterior cleaning consist of, but not limited to: removal of debris and discarded personal items; cut, trim, rake, trim hedges, bushes, and boarding of broken doors and windows if necessary.

Ongoing Care

Mid Ohio REO views the property each week to insure the maintenance is kept up on the property. We make arrangements for weekly or bi-weekly lawn care. Winterizations whenever needed.
