We list all our properties in the MLS and in Realtor.com. Because we have access to three MLS systems, we sometimes list the property in more than one MLS. This can dramatically increase the property’s exposure. We advertise our properties in the local real estate books and newspapers. Many of our properties have a 24 hour recorded message that can give buyers access to information at any time.

We also put at least one photo on every MLS listing.
