As Members of 3 different MLS systems, WRIST, Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus, we serve Clark, Champaign, Greene, Montgomery, Miami, Butler, Warren, Madison, Delaware and Franklin Counties.

We have a team of 4 Licensed agents devoted to listing and selling your REO properties, and 3 full time buyers agents who are available to show all our listings. Currently we work with over 15 asset management companies and have extensive experience listing REO properties. We specialize in completing BPO's, monthly marketing reports, occupancy status, etc. in a timely manner. We understand the needs of the asset managers we work for including the importance of timely communication and monthly updates. We have the infrastructure in place to handle at least twice our current inventory. My team has cell phones and Blackberry handhelds and we market our properties in the Springfield, Dayton and Columbus Ohio MLS's where appropriate. We are here to serve!
